Apple Computer Hardware/Cell Phone Technician

We are looking for someone with current knowledge in the repair of Apple Devices, iMac, Portables and iPhones.

Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues for a variety of Apple products.
• Provide technical support to customers both in-store and remotely.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
• Assist with retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good condition.
• Stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.

• Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
• Excellent technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and mobile devices is essential.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for repairs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess problems accurately and propose solutions., * Computer Repair: 2 years (Preferred)
