Job description

  • Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems

  • Imaging machines from scripts

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues

  • Maintenance of good documentation

  • Working with vendors for warranty issues

  • Providing support in networked environments

  • Collecting requests from customers onsite

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)?, We are looking for self-motivated IT Helpdesk / Desktop Technicians to provide remote and on-site customer support, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software systems at customer offices in the Jacksonville area., * Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday

  • At least 1 Year experience as a IT helpdesk or IT desktop technician

  • Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required

  • Comfortable with onsite customer interaction

  • Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs., * IT Help desk: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
