Job description
- Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Java + Selenium WebDriver
- Build and support BDD frameworks using Cucumber
- Execute regression and smoke test suites, analyze failures, and drive defect resolution
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git best practices
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer with strong coding expertise in Java and Selenium, along with working knowledge of Cucumber (BDD framework).
This role requires a hands-on automation expert with deep understanding of core Java fundamentals and the ability to build scalable automation frameworks.
️ Note: Strong coding skills are mandatory (coding test involved)., * 12+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling)
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cucumber (BDD framework)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Page Object Model (POM)
- Selenium locators, waits, and synchronization
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills, * Git (branching, commits, pull requests)
- CI/CD pipelines
- API testing
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms
- Parallel execution tools
