Job description
This role works closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, IT, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, and documentation. The position applies analytical and problem-solving skills to the design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of SAP CPQ to ensure business requirements are met and aligned with commercial strategies., This position will work a hybrid schedule of in office 3x per week. This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC location., * Provide day-to-day operational support for the SAP CPQ platform, serving as the primary point of contact for users
- Configure and maintain SAP CPQ, including user access, roles, and system settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-level issues; escalate complex issues as needed
- Support system updates and enhancements, including requirements gathering and configuration
- Execute and support testing activities to ensure quality and business readiness
- Create and maintain basic system documentation and user guidance
- Support user training and adoption efforts
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of quoting processes
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in CPQ solutions (SAP CPQ preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Jira or similar work management tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master or Product Owner experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $103,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
