Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level test automation frameworks and quality engineering strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test architecture, automation integration, debugging complex systems, and managing quality engineering initiatives across large-scale applications, including SAP environments., Design and implement enterprise Quality Engineering (QE) architecture and automation frameworks. Lead test automation strategy across multiple platforms and applications. Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps. Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, and Mercury Quality Center. Implement test management and reporting using qTest and Zephyr. Lead debugging and root cause analysis for complex test failures and production issues. Design scalable automation setups and integrate them with enterprise environments. Provide guidance to QA engineers and automation teams on best practices. Ensure testing coverage across SAP and other enterprise applications. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to improve release quality. Manage QE initiatives, timelines, and project deliverables.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test management tools?, Strong experience in Quality Engineering architecture and automation strategy Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration Hands-on experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps pipelines Experience with Playwright, Tosca, Worksoft, qTest, Zephyr Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills Experience with SAP testing and enterprise application testing Knowledge of Agile / DevOps methodologies Excellent leadership and project management skills
