Job description

We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented Reliability Engineer to join our team supporting our medical device product portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality and reliability through hands on test execution, engineering analysis, and cross functional collaboration.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early career engineer who wants to build technical depth, lead meaningful project work, and contribute directly to the safety and performance of high impact medical technologies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute test methods for Test Method Validation (TMV) and Design Verification (DV), including test setup, operation, and documentation

  • Write and approve technical reports, summarizing data, findings, and recommendations

  • Review and assess engineering change orders across design, manufacturing, and suppliers

  • Conduct reliability studies and support the development of Design of Experiments (DOE)

  • Analyze performance data and process variables to identify trends and root causes

  • Support risk assessments and recommend reliability improvements

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal reliability standards

Minimum Education Required

Bachelors Degree

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  • Reliability Engineering

  • Test Method Development

  • Test Method Validation

  • 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience

  • Practical understanding of reliability principles, test execution, and technical reporting

  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
