Data Analyst

• -Work with the stakeholders to understand the business & reporting needs
• -Propose, design, and develop creative dashboard solutions that provide required insight, and improve/automate processes
• -Develop and perform data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) and automation, define and evaluate metrics, monitor key business metrics and their progress against goals, and understand root causes of changes in metrics
• -Build reports and visualizations on a periodic basis to support various teams such as Supply Chain, Sales, Product, E-commerce, and Marketing
• -Perform data analysis, validation, cleansing, and manipulation using SQL, Python, or other tools
• -Design, implement, and maintain data warehouse systems and related data marts towards the delivery of business requirements
• -Forecast product demands and market trends using time series analysis and support to build purchasing, sales, and inventory plans

• -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent technical field
• -A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in custom ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
• -Working proficiency level in programming languages: SQL, Python, and/or R, and visualization tools: Tableau and/or Power BI
• -Proficient with cloud-based database systems and environments
• -Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams
• -Possess strong business acumen and problem-solving skills on various projects
• -Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with minimal supervision, and adaptable in a fast-paced, often changing environment
• -Bilingual preferred (Kor/Eng)
