Install, configure, harden, and administer Windows (2012R2/2016/2019) and Linux servers/workstations; manage Active Directory.
Sustain web-based applications and server enclaves; handle patching, cert renewals, vulnerability management, and AD configurations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; lead O&M responses and develop durable re-work solutions.
Perform security management and performance optimization for servers, apps, and networks.
Create and maintain clear documentation for complex server/network environments to accelerate incident resolution.
Coordinate outages/upgrades with users and external support; brief leadership with resolution options.
Support virtualization and automation across multi-domain, high-assurance environments.

8+ years relevant system administration experience supporting end users and technical teams (developers/testers/engineers).
Proficiency with Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019, Active Directory, and Linux; experience with Windows 2019 specifically.
