Desktop Support

• Responsible for a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, in an airport location.
• Inspection of the various devices around the Airport terminal every few hours to Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved.
• Manage printers, Scanners, gate readers workstations and Common Use (CUTE) Implementations.
• Helping while setting up the new gates at Airport and any operational area in the gates with all the devices

• Experience in End user Devices Support (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Printers, Scanners) Possesses a good knowledge of network devices like routers, switches, Wireless Access points and firewalls Experience in handling Incidents through an ITSM platform and actioning it.
• Able to work in 24 x 7shifts on a rotational basis Strong analytical and deductive skills Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact across multiple disciplines Mobility to walk around the Airport terminal (only 1 Site) inspecting devices and report issues.
