Job description
We are looking for an entry-level IT candidate eager to learn and grow within a small, supportive IT team backing a busy call center. No need to know everything - if you have a passion for technology, a willingness to learn, we will teach you the rest. This is a great opportunity to build real IT skills across automation, infrastructure, and systems support., * Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Webhooks, and form-building tools such as JotForm
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party platforms using REST APIs
- Write and maintain scripts primarily in Python to automate repetitive tasks and support system operations
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure for call center operations, including hardware, software, and networking
- Manage and execute IT projects from planning through deployment
- Collaborate with department leads to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks
- Provide frontline IT support to call center staff and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoho?, We are not looking for someone who already knows it all - we are looking for someone with the right foundation and the drive to grow. Here is what we hope you bring:
- Basic comfort with technology and a genuine curiosity about how systems and tools connect
- Some exposure to automation tools, forms, or APIs - even if from personal projects, coursework, or self-study
- Familiarity with Python or any programming language, OR a strong desire to learn the basics
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, ask good questions, and take ownership of tasks

Nice to Have
- Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation
- C# coding experience
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Experience setting up and managing e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.)
- Familiarity with JIRA for project and ticket tracking
