Job description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead multiple IT and Cybersecurity programs from initiation through delivery

Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams

Apply a hands-on, strategic approach to ensure initiatives align with business priorities and delivery frameworks

Ensure programs follow established governance, controls, and delivery standards

Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across concurrent initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain program and project plans, including goals, objectives, roadmaps, and cross-dependent workstreams

Drive consistency and alignment across Cybersecurity, Technology, and Business Units

Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and deliver releases on time

Track and report progress against key milestones, metrics, and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability

Develop and maintain total cost of delivery and total cost of ownership (TCO) reporting

Facilitate and lead meetings, driving productive, detailed discussions and stakeholder alignment

Own and continuously improve key performance metrics including productivity, budget variance, schedule variance, ROI, and overall business investment

Partner closely with Finance and Procurement to support business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor strategy execution

Requirements

PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or related professional certification

4-6+ years of experience in Technical or IT Program Management

Proven experience managing complex technology initiatives, preferably within Cybersecurity or risk-focused domains

Strong technical acumen with the ability to assess risk in planning and implementation phases

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Excellent communication skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders Direct experience supporting Cybersecurity programs (risk management, security platforms, compliance, cloud security, etc.)

Experience working in large, matrixed organizations

Exposure to vendor management and third-party risk initiatives
