IT Security Lead

Insight Global seeking a Security and Controls Lead for one of our biggest clients in Cleveland, OH. This person will be responsible for Manages user access end-to-end: identifying roles, assigning security privileges across Oracle Fusion and other integrated applications Acts as a quarterback across multiple systems - gathering access information, loading it, and reporting to internal and external audit/compliance teams Conducts site assessments at each new deployment location, working with the "cluster" (HQ business-facing team) to map legacy job roles to new system roles and privileges Handles bulk loads (e.g., 10,000 users at once in Oracle Fusion) and navigates third-party identity management tools for systems that don't support bulk loading Validates access at every milestone (SIT, UAT, etc.) - ensuring no over- or under-provisioning of privileges Works cross-functionally with IT, business users, management, and internal/external audit teams

Total IT Experience- 10-15 years overall Oracle Fusion Security- 2-3 years specifically in Oracle Fusion security/access management IT/Security Experience- 6-8 years in IT, with some knowledge of security standards (not necessarily pure cybersecurity) ERP Rollout Experience Experience rolling out ERP systems is key Degree Any IT/technical degree; if non-technical degree, candidate needs 9 years of IT experience to substitute

Salary: $128-$166k, Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
