Job description

Presbyterian is hiring a clinic recruiter to oversee the recruitment efforts for RNs and MAs in our Presbyterian Medical Group Clinics. The Clinical Recruiter plays a key role in supporting Presbyterian Healthcare Services by managing full-cycle recruitment for Medical Assistants (MAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) across our clinic locations. This position partners closely with hiring leaders, HR colleagues, and candidates to ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive hiring experience. The Recruiter will identify top clinical talent, maintain strategic pipelines, and support organizational workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for MA and RN openings within our clinics, from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates aligned with organizational standards and clinical requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role competencies, staffing needs, and departmental culture.

Candidate Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, transparency, and support through each hiring stage.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, ensuring consistency with Presbyterian's hiring practices., * Guide and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and labor market insights.
  • Facilitate hiring decisions by presenting vetted candidates and advising on selection strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clinic leadership regarding hiring progress and workforce needs.

Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, social platforms, partnerships with schools, and community outreach.
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and clinical school engagements to attract qualified MA and RN talent.
  • Track recruitment data and trends to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.

Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies, employment laws, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR and clinic leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health, or a related field, or six (6) years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Two to four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Workday ATS experience highly preferred.
