Enterprise Application Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications supporting ERP, retail, POS, and integrated business systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop customizations, extensions, and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, including POS platforms, payment processing systems, logistics systems, and third-party applications.
• Develop and support APIs and system integrations that enable data flow across retail, financial, and operational platforms.
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production incidents in retail and ERP environments.
• Participate in system upgrades, environment management, and release cycles within enterprise application environments.
• Contribute to code reviews, development standards, and technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions follow secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Stay current with evolving technologies and recommend improvements to the organization's enterprise application ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and relational databases.
• Understanding of ERP systems or large-scale enterprise business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail or operational environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics Commerce.
• Experience with X++ development.
• Experience supporting retail, distribution, or multi-location enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, or cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
• Experience integrating POS systems, commerce platforms, and payment systems.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate or similar.
