Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technological systems and infrastructure., Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and workstations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software related
• Install and configure new hardware and software systems as needed
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
