IT SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's information technology systems and networks. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently., Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and maintain network security and ensure data protection
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Provide technical support and training to employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and network security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
