Data Analyst II

• As a Sr Data Analyst, you will play a key role in building and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical assets for Thermo King's customer-facing TracKing platform., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for the TracKing customer-facing platform.
• Simplify complex datasets into clear, intuitive visualizations and analytical insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
• Use advanced Tableau capabilities such as relationships, LOD expressions, parameter controls, and complex calculations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs.
• Apply data modeling best practices to ensure scalable, reliable analytics.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure dashboards reflect consistent, high quality information.
• Document data sources, calculations, and dashboard logic for transparency and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot issues with dashboards, data pipelines, and data quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product management, and customer support.

• This role requires deep experience in transforming complex datasets into intuitive, actionable insights for external customers.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, including relationships, LOD expressions, and advanced calculations, as well as a solid understanding of SQL and data modeling best practices.
• This position requires a detail oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high quality, accurate dashboards that help customers make informed decisions., * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau, including relationships, LOD functions, and advanced visualization techniques.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience writing complex queries.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, data integration tools, and operational data sources.
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing queries for performance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is beneficial.
