Job description
BLN24 is seeking a Data Lead to join our team. The Data Lead will join our project team to help our organization to drive data/analytics and IA technical proposals and captures. For our clients to design, implement, and govern organization's data ecosystem. This includes designing and implementing Real-Time Data Fabric and pipeline architectures and data preparation for AI, structured specifically to minimize hallucinations in generative AI tools and maximize predictive accuracy in ML models. In addition, this role also requires expertise in data migration, transformation, ETL and implementation of data analytics tools/platforms like Data Bricks, Palantir, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory and other platforms., * Lead data team for BLN24 and client's data and AI/ML projects.
- Design and develop ETL data pipelines using various tool and services.
- Lead technical captures related to data, AI or analytics
- Lead and drive proposal development
- Architect, implement and deploy Data Bricks platform.
- Design data lakes and
- Operationalize AI models (LLMOps) or building RAG-based applications.
- Understanding of NIST 800-53, GDPR, or HIPAA compliance as it relates to AI training data.
- Ability to design data systems not just for human analysts, but for Autonomous AI Agents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Architecture, ETL with at least 3 years specifically on the Databricks platform.
- Leading technical volumes of proposals, solutioning and data/analytics captures
- Expertise in Python (Expert), SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake
- Lead the design of a Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) on Databricks
- Architect and maintain Vector Databases
- Develop data pipelines and ETL operations
- Experience creating visualizations
- Understand and utilizing AI/ML, data migration and data transformation
- Experience with data governance, privacy and data security
- Expertise in Data Bricks, DBX, Databricks Workflows or Apache Airflow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
