System Analyst

We are seeking a high-level Senior System Analyst to lead the implementation of two new Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This is a critical role bridging the gap between laboratory scientists and technical IT teams to modernize public health reporting and data integrity., * LIMS Implementation: Lead the rollout, configuration, and enhancement of laboratory platforms (e.g., Clinisys, STARLIMS, LabWare).

• Requirement Elicitation: Translate complex lab workflows (sample tracking, testing, QA/QC) into technical user stories and functional requirements.
• Process Optimization: Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend automated digital solutions.
• Validation & Support: Assist with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain SOPs, and provide user training to lab staff.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between technical vendors and non-technical laboratory stakeholders.

• LIMS Expertise: Direct experience with LIMS platforms (Clinisys, STARLIMS, or LabWare) is highly preferred.
• Senior-Level Analysis: 8+ years of experience in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Data & Integration: Strong understanding of SQL, HL7 protocols, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Project Delivery: 8+ years of experience in large-scale data migration and system implementation projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a Laboratory Science (Biology/Chemistry).
