Job description
You will report directly to our Director, IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule., * Lead Analytics projects and coordinate with other stakeholders including but not limited to Senior Leadership, HR Stakeholders, IT Stakeholders, EDW team, and Architects
- Drive the Analytics team, ensuring their deliverables align with enterprise objectives
- Understand, build, and develop FAW, OTBI, and BIP reports and analytics for data reporting and integration, including ODI/Informatica.
- Create and manage visualizations, including Tree Maps, Heat Maps, and Scatter Plots.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards, in Oracle HCM's OTBI/BIP and FDI
- Design star schemas, fact and dimension tables, and perform physical and logical data modeling.
- Administer BI tools, including metadata modeling, dashboards, DV, Object Level Security, and Data Level Security.
- Handle data migrations and create complex SQL queries across multiple databases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle data and performance issues.
- Experience implementing predictive models and AI/ML algorithms.
- Stakeholder management and effective Prioritization
- Act as SME for Analytics to lead, guide and coach the teams
- Help develop and implement data strategies that drive business values
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in HCM domain.
- Strong HR Domain knowledge with understanding of data models, KPIs, Metrics, visualizations, and Security
- Extensive experience in data warehousing technology and BI administration tools.
- Proven experience in creating and handling complex SQL queries.
- Strong understanding of Oracle data analysis and performance optimization.
