Job description
As an Oracle Cloud Project Manager in our healthcare and commercial vertical at Sierra-Cedar, you will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and will assist in delivering Oracle Cloud projects in our national practice. As a viable candidate, you will require the following
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on implementation projects for Healthcare; Commercial experience is a plus
- At least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Projects as a Project Manager
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP
- Ability to lead a team of consultants and client personnel through different project phases
- Develop and manage detailed project plans
- Experience managing fixed-fee full lifecycle implementation projects
- Ability to understand and engage in effective discussions regarding Oracle systems and operational processes with end users and across various disciplines, including functional, technical, project/change management, as well as operations
- A mix of hybrid travel with remote work allowed - all conducted only in the U.S. and travel to client sites as needed
- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
- Bachelor's degree required
