Job description
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure., Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Participate in project rollouts and deployments
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
Requirements
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Excellent time management skill
