- The selected candidates are expected to be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
This role is contingent upon candidates having an Active DoD Secret Clearance., + Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 8 years of industry experience, or master's degree and 6 years industry experience (with a BS in STEM)

Must have a current/active Secret clearance. Secret clearance is required to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and obtain and maintain a SAP clearance for continued employment.

General Knowledge of Test Equipment design and manufacturing

1-year minimum as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or equivalent where responsibilities included: project planning, cost & schedule management including tracking, team tasking / leadership, and status reporting.

1-year minimum working experience with knowledge of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Material Processing
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience moving hardware through the BWI factory and test

Experience reporting project status to program, functional management and customers
-
Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Experience driving recovery through development and execution of return to green plans

Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity management

PMP certification a plus

Active and current Top Secret government clearance a plus

Primary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
