AI / ML Engineer

• Design and build machine learning models that solve real business problems, from
• experimentation to full production deployment
• Work on the complete ML lifecycle including data preparation, feature engineering,
• model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Deploy models into production systems and ensure they are scalable, reliable, and
• efficient in real-world environments
• Continuously monitor model performance, detect issues such as model drift, and
• improve models using new data and feedback loops
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into
• practical AI solutions
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and follow best practices for reproducibility,
• versioning, and experimentation

• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks such as PyTorch
• or TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised
• learning, evaluation metrics, and optimization
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Familiarity with data pipelines, feature engineering, and handling large-scale datasets
• Understanding of modern AI systems such as LLMs or retrieval-based architectures (RAG
• is a plus)
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and communicate clearly in a
• remote team
