Job description
The HRIS Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administering various Human Resources systems. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and configuring systems as well as providing consultation to internal clients. This individual will interact with end users across the company to provide guidance and training as they navigate the system. The primary systems supported in this role include Oracle HRMS and Unanet time tracking.
Act as a strategic partner with Human Resources Managers to determine the best manner in supporting the organization.
As a HRIS Systems Administrator, you will:
- Provides day-to-day HRIS support, including configuration, transactions, troubleshooting, testing, and audits.
- Acts as the technical contact for HR functions; supports system enhancements and data integrity.
- Collaborates with HR teams, IT, and vendors to ensure effective, secure system integrations.
- Resolves end-user issues and delivers system training across the organization.
- Reviews system updates, recommends new tools, and improves HR workflows.
- Ensures compliance with policies and performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle EBS and HR systems implementations preferred (Oracle HR experience a strong plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to provide technical support to end users and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with users and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, MIS, or related field with 4+ years of HRIS/HCM experience.
