ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM/CMDB implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Discovery solutions in enterprise environments., * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server configuration, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Analyze and resolve complex Discovery-related issues and ensure smooth platform performance
• Work extensively with agentless and agent-based Discovery
• Support and enhance CMDB and ITOM processes within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Develop integrations and customizations using JavaScript, XML, and APIs

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITOM
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIS Discovery certification
• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments
