Requirements
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns
- Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs
- ServiceNow Expertise : Discovery (must have), CMDB, ITOM
- Certifications : Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in Discovery (nice to have)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have CAD Certification active.
