Job description
We are looking for a .NET Lead. Lead will need to work from Dallas location (occasional from home is allowed, but quoted from Joost 'Paccar US is old fashioned about working from home') . Lead needs to lead from content but will not be asked to do a lot of development him/herself. Requirements
Should have led development projects, covering understanding business requirements, architectures, designing, development and stake holder coordination and communication.
- Strong knowledge of C#,
Core, and .NET Framework. * Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is advantageous.
- Able to manage team of Development and testing
- Proactively take ownership on deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
