Application Analyst - Epic Beaker

The Application Analyst II will support and enhance Epic-based laboratory applications, with a primary focus on Epic Beaker AP. This role involves application configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in support of clinical and operational workflows., * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Epic applications

• Provide ongoing support for Epic Beaker modules, with emphasis on Anatomic Pathology (AP)
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes within defined SLAs
• Proactively identify and resolve both routine and complex application issues
• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational teams on support and project work
• Create and maintain system documentation and support materials
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and workflow optimization

Epic Beaker AP Certification (required)

• Epic Beaker Analyst experience (4+ years)
• EHR application implementation and/or support experience (2+ years)
• Hands-on AP lab experience (e.g., Surgical Pathology, Histology, or Cytology)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Beaker CP Certification
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale healthcare systems
