Job description
- Run intelligent transformation governance with clear decision forums, leading indicators, and rapid intervention when value, delivery, or adoption drifts
- Partner across business, product, engineering, and change teams to connect strategy, execution, and adoption in one integrated transformation model
- Redesign workflows, roles, and Human+AI ways of working, including opportunities for digital labor, copilots, and automation
- Support product- and platform-led delivery approaches that accelerate learning, improve adoption, and sustain business impac
- Lead teams and client workstreams in complex programs while contributing to proposals, transformation narratives, and capability building in AI-first transformation
- Help build ZS's evolving methods, assets, and points of view on AI-enabled transformation, digital operating models, adaptive change, and next-generation delivery approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, engineering, computer science, public health, or a related field preferred
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, or technology-enabled business change, with meaningful experience in life sciences or healthcare
- Experience leading workstreams or teams within large, complex transformation programs that combine business change, technology delivery, and organizational adoption
- Strong understanding of modern digital and technology transformation, including some combination of AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, enterprise platforms, digital products, or data-driven operating model change
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-first thinking to business problems, including redesigning processes, decisions, roles, or customer and employee workflows around new technology capabilities
- Experience with process redesign, operating model evolution, workforce transition, or Human+AI ways of working is strongly preferred
- Strong team leadership and people development skills, with experience managing junior team members and driving high-quality execution
- Experience supporting proposals, client presentations, or pursuit teams for large digital transformation opportunities
- Familiarity with Agile, product operating models, experimentation-based delivery, or modern change approaches is helpful; practical experience leading transformation in fast-moving environments is more important than formal certification
- Comfort working in ambiguity and helping clients navigate emerging technologies, changing priorities, and evolving business needs with structured problem solving and sound judgment
- Ability to own and drive end-to-end project delivery: define the problem, design research, deliver on results
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, but US and India
- Fluency in English
