Manager, Technical Programs

We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate product delivery and platform evolution. • Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.

• Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Manage program budgets and financials.

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment., * 6+ years of relevant experience in technical program management or engineering, including experience at scale in consumer-facing tech.

• Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs.

• Strong technical fluency-you can navigate architecture conversations and partner credibly with engineers.

• Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale.

• Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org.

• Presence and ability to frame issues for senior stakeholders with clarity, context, and credibility.

• Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
