Job description
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to design and automate workflows and business processes
- Develop optimal warehouse layout plans and inventory management strategies using data analysis and AI agents
- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis using Python, SQL, or similar tools
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for operational and business use cases
- Deploy AI models and workflows using cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, operations, finance) to implement data-driven solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a U.S. institution (OPT candidates welcome)
- Proficient in AI tools such as Claude Code and workflow automation platforms
- Good programming skills (Python preferred) and understanding of AI/ML models
- Familiar with AWS
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
