Requirements
3+ years relevant experience in data analysis, survey research, qualitative approaches, institutional research, enrollment management, and/or program evaluation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n \n \nPreferred Experience:\n 3+ years experience in research, reporting, and/or program/grant evaluation. Experience developing training material or teaching.\n, Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and oral). Knowledge of standard office software. Proficiency with data analysis features in MS Excel, R, or a comparable tool. Proficiency in relevant qualitative analysis software, such as NVivo, and analytical coding methods. Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools. Ability to creatively solve problems. Ability to conduct surveys, focus groups, user interviews and provide effective training at all levels of an organization. Proven ability to draft summary reports and present key takeaways in non-technical language. Ability to articulate findings to members of the internal and external community; detailed knowledge of mixed methods research and visualization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a complex organization.\n
