Backend / Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and FastAPI to support high-performance applications.
• Implement and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Utilize MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval, optimizing database performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Monitor and visualize system performance metrics with Grafana, ensuring optimal functionality of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
• Write asynchronous Python code and utilize tools like Temporal and SpiceDB for enhanced application workflows.

• 2-5 years of experience in backend engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred

• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools, especially Grafana.
• Knowledge of AI integration and experience with OpenAI technologies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile development practices.
