Data & AI Solutions Architect (Strategic / Advisory)

The Health Transformation Alliance (HTA) is looking for a highly skilled Lead, Data Intelligence & AI Enablement for a high-impact contract engagement. We are on a mission to design, build, and operationalize an internal "Ask Me Anything" intelligence capability. By leveraging HTA's proprietary data, this tool will generate meaningful insights and identify viable solutions to complex health care problems.

Imagine a tool where a Benefits Lead can instantly ask how their cancer care program stacks up against the market in terms of successful remission rates, screenings, consumer satisfaction, and cost-and immediately receive AI-driven suggestions to improve each of those metrics. We need your technical expertise to help us make that a reality.

The Assignment

We have already received numerous proposals from vendors to design and build this AI tool. Rather than managing the tool's usage or marketing, your role will be strictly technical and advisory. You will:

· Evaluate the technical efficacy of the vendor proposals we have received.

· Assess all cost proposals to ensure they are fair and appropriate.

· Identify critical blind spots by uncovering the questions we should be asking vendors, but haven't yet.

· Senior Individual Contributor: You are a seasoned professional who can work independently, move quickly, and deliver tangible results.

· Technical Evaluator: You have the deep technical knowledge required to vet complex AI capability builds.

· Results-Oriented Contractor: You are comfortable stepping into a 1099/contract role and executing these deliverables within a mutually agreed-upon budget.
