Senior Clinical Business Test Lead - Remote / Telecommute

Pay Range: $47.52hr - $52.52hr

• Lead testing efforts for multiple projects and corporate initiatives, ensuring comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify issues, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with best practices and organizational standards., * Lead a team of testers to support multiple projects and corporate initiatives with test planning and execution activities.
• Analyze complex requirements, operational problems, specifications, and change requests.
• Develop test plans and test cases to identify potential defects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Execute assigned test cases and ensure accuracy of test scripts and data within scheduled timelines.
• Research and provide technical support for system defects and propose effective solutions.
• Lead defect management meetings and triage issues identified during testing cycles.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical and operational issues.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to management and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members, including associates, contractors, and third-party resources.
• Promote and implement testing best practices and organizational processes.

• 8 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and requirement management., * Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in software testing requirements and protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with hardware, software, database technologies, and network systems.
• Proficiency in software development practices.
• Experience with databases and query languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
