System Administrator - Remote / Telecommute

• Act as the primary administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) suite including Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, and Build, as well as Autodesk Forma.
• Establish and maintain project folder structures, naming conventions, and metadata standards.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions for internal teams and external partners.
• Configure and optimize Autodesk Forma environments for conceptual design and site analysis.

Workflow And Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement automated workflows for RFIs, submittals, and issue tracking within ACC.
• Lead the transition of legacy document control processes to cloud-based workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues across project environments.

Collaboration And Training:

• Provide training and technical support to engineering and project management teams on ACC and Forma usage.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure data consistency and platform integrity.
• Collaborate with Digital Engineering and IT teams to integrate tools with enterprise systems.

Reporting And Compliance:

• Utilize ACC Insight and dashboards to provide visibility into project progress and document status.
• Ensure compliance with US Government procurement standards and project security requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and/or Autodesk Forma.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and cloud-based document management systems.
• Proven experience driving process improvements or digital transformation initiatives., * Autodesk certifications (ACC Professional or similar).
• Experience in nuclear or energy industry environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
