Staff Software Engineer

Healink is an AI care-coordination platform for dentistry. We help practices convert proposed treatments into completed care by guiding patients through their clinical information and follow-ups via a modern patient experience. We're live with paying practices and are now scaling the product and team. Healink is backed by VC. Healink was founded by sibling cofounders: an ex-Meta/Google software engineer and a practicing dentist / DSO clinical director, combining deep technical and clinical expertise. We're looking for a Founding Engineer to work closely with the founders to build and scale Healink's core product. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over frontend/backend/AI systems, product direction, and early technical decisions, * Build and ship core full-stack features

• Own key patient-facing and dentist/staff-facing workflows and UX
• Collaborate directly with founders on product and architecture
• Help establish early engineering best practices
• Help hire/manage additional team members, and manage contractors

• 4-6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in frontend development (React preferred) with solid full-stack skills
• Proficiency with AI infrastructure and LLM's will be strongly prefered
• Experience shipping production products is a must have
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
• Product and UX-minded; bonus for healthcare or SaaS experience

• Competitive salary: $120,000 to $160,000
