Job description
Network TPM With Network background and good experience in data modeling tools. 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, governance, or technical program delivery for IT/network infrastructure across multiple sites and/or external partners (manufacturing/contract manufacturer environments strongly preferred). Responsibilties: Own strategic operations and governance for IT infrastructure deployed at Customer Contract Manufacturer (CM) factory sites (e.g., network connectivity, local services, and site readiness), ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and operating cadence across global partners. Define and implement scalable governance frameworks that reduce reliance on manual site builds-driving standardization, repeatable implementation patterns, and clear controls that enable consistent deployments across CM sites. Establish and maintain operational processes across partners (intake, change governance, incident/problem reporting, escalation paths, and runbooks), ensuring CM adherence to org standards; leverage ServiceNow where applicable for workflow and traceability. Build a centralized view of CM site health by defining metrics, modeling data, and creating Tableau dashboards (including heat maps/scorecards) using telemetry and logs from network hardware to surface latency, outages, and security risk indicators that could impact production timelines. Partner with engineering to enable automated, standards-based network deployments at CM sites (e.g., templated configurations, infrastructure-as-code patterns, and validation checks) to reduce human error and accelerate global scale. Drive audit-ready governance: define standards/controls, maintain evidence (dashboards, change records, runbooks), and publish recurring operational reviews to ensure issues are detected early, and remediations are tracked to closure. Strong networking fundamentals and experience partnering on enterprise network deployments across multiple sites (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching concepts, VPN/SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP) and using monitoring/log/telemetry signals to troubleshoot latency, outages, and health issues. Ability to translate raw signals into heatmaps/scorecards and actionable insights.
Requirements
BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong familiarity with Tableau and data modeling concepts; experience working with log/telemetry data and building operational scorecards/heat maps. Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching), plus familiarity with VPN/SD-WAN and network monitoring/observability tooling (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Grafana, ThousandEyes or similar). ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) experience is a plus.
