Requirements
SD-WAN Expertise: Proficient and experienced in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting SD-WAN solutions from platforms like Cisco, Versa, or Silver Peak. Network Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, and data center networking. Security: Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPNs, and Zero Trust security models. Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud networking solutions and integrating SD-WAN with cloud environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus. Certifications: Professional-level network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP R&S) are highly desired. Education: A Bachelor s degree in a related field like engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. ITSM Skills : Knowledge on ServiceNow
