Job description
As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will:
- Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct UX research using preferred methods and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create effective low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
- Design reusable components and apply them in intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop interactive high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder feedback and user testing.
- Apply accessibility and responsive design principles to ensure inclusive experiences.
- Manage and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Facilitate usability testing sessions, analyse results, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, supporting their growth and development.
Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, business analysis, product management, or similar.

Proven track record supported by a strong portfolio of work.

Experience working in Agile methodology (preferred).
Education

Diploma or Short Course Certification in Design, UX/UI, or related field.

NQF Level 5 equivalent.
