Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Product)

This innovative platform unifies workflows across capture, proposals, delivery, and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in the government sector. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, NodeJS, React, and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
• Implement robust and scalable solutions that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure high availability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, React, and Next.js.
• Experience working in the government or defense sector, with an understanding of ITAR data handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience in developing enterprise-level applications in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in government contracting.

The base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $220K, accompanied by competitive equity options. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team at a growing company in the government sector.
