UX Designer (Figma Specialist)

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences using Figma
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices

• Candidate must have a recent and high-quality portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects
• Portfolio should demonstrate end-to-end design process, including research, wireframes, and final designs
• The portfolio will be shared with the client (Infosys or Greensky) for evaluation, * 7-8 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

• Experience working with fintech or similar domains
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Exposure to tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or usability testing platforms
