What You Will DoAs the first DevOps Engineer , you'll own the systems and processes that support reliable software deployment and scalability across multiple environments. You will:

• Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps practices.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Enhance system security and auditability across environments.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies that improve efficiency and reliability.
• Play a foundational role in shaping the DevOps roadmap as the company scales.

• 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, IAM).
• Proficiency in Python (or other scripting languages) and Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems .
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week.
