Job description

< data-end="605" data-start="563">Implementation & Managed Services

  • Lead architecture and implementation of scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Design, develop, and configure platform capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications
  • Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance

< data-end="1021" data-start="1001">CMDB & CSDM

  • Own the design, implementation, and ongoing maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB aligned to CSDM
  • Configure and deploy Discovery and Service Mapping to create accurate, service-aware infrastructure views
  • Define and enforce CMDB governance, including data policies, reconciliation rules, and health metrics
  • Design and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, SCCM) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers

< data-end="1515" data-start="1473">Automation & Technical Leadership

  • Develop advanced server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions)
  • Build automation using Flow Designer and Orchestration
  • Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and best practice guidance

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Implementation & CMDB Lead to drive the design, development, and maturity of ServiceNow environments. This role will establish the CMDB as a single source of truth, ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions within a managed services environment., < data-end="1821" data-start="1804">Required

  • 5-7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years focused on CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs
  • Solid understanding of ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

< data-end="2164" data-start="2146">Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and/or CIS (ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping)
  • Experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, or AngularJS
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
