Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a backend or backend leaning fullstack engineer
- Experience with Golang preferred, open to Python/Java/C/C++/C#/Rust as well
- Experience with LLMs / AI Agents or a true passion/interest to get in this space
Not a Fit If:
- Only large-company experience with no startup/small team exposure
- Consulting background
- Bootcamp-only education or less than 4 years experience
- No interest in Gen AI / LLMs, etc
