experience hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred). Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
Strong experience with batch processing, messaging, event-driven integrations, and migration utilities. Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles.
Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred., Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience
