Job description
We're looking for a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our technology team and play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing our claims management platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve claims operations and customer experience., * Design, develop, and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter components using GOSU, XML, and Guidewire Studio
- Implement integrations with internal and external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and middleware tools
- Customize ClaimCenter screens, workflows, rules, and data models to meet business requirements
- Participate in solution design sessions, providing technical expertise and recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and configuration challenges
- Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning, test case review, and defect triage
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and development best practices
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment notes
- Support production releases and provide post-deployment assistance as needed
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (v10+ preferred)
- Strong proficiency in GOSU, Java, XML, and JSON
- Experience with Guidewire configuration, integration, and rules development
- Familiarity with SOAP/REST web services and integration patterns
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
