What You'll Own

• Set enterprise data architecture strategy across data warehouses, data lakes, and hybrid environments
• Architect scalable, cloud-first data platforms aligned to long-term business goals
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps maturity across data engineering workflows
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics
• Partner directly with leadership to translate data capabilities into business outcomes
• Establish governance frameworks across data quality, security, and compliance
• Oversee cloud resource planning, cost optimization, and performance
• Act as a senior SME and mentor across engineering and cross-functional teams

• 7+ years in data engineering and data infrastructure with enterprise scope
• Strong hands on experience with Python, SQL, ETL, and data integration design
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar
• Experience building and scaling modern data platforms in Azure environments
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and automation best practices
• Strong background in data governance, security, and enterprise integration
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
