Job description
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and trends
- Analyze large datasets, including customer interactions and operational metrics
- Identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business teams to define metrics and reporting needs
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Automate recurring reporting where possible
- Support ad hoc analysis and deeper investigations
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong dashboarding and data visualization skills
- Proficiency working with large datasets and query tools
- Ability to analyze both numerical and text-based data
- Experience in customer experience, contact center, or operations analytics is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
